Mangoes

Nectarines

Nectarine and prosciutto appetizer

  • Cubed nectarines
  • Thin slices of prosciutto
  • A drizzle of olive all
  • Freshly chopped walnuts
  • Shaved Gouda cheese

 

Peaches

Mix olive oil, sherry vinegar, bush honey and cracked pepper. Add peach slices, fresh tomatoes and finely sliced red onion to the mixture and mix well. Serve with pork.

 

Plums

The sweetness of plums go well with soft cheeses such as camembert and triple cream cheese.
