How to Create a Simple Antipasto Platter for Christmas

An antipasto platter should complement the main course. Stick to a few flavours and ingredients that complement each other well. Classic items include marinated rainbow olives, rich cheeses such as goat’s cheese, pecorino and manchego;  deli meats, such prosciutto, salami, mortadella, chorizo; roasted vegetables; sundried tomatoes; marinated pepperbells; bread sticks and Italian bread—Ciabatta or Foccacia.
